By uploading, embedding, submitting, or otherwise making video content available on Dealpified, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.
These Terms apply to all contributors, creators, partners, affiliates, users, and any individual or entity that provides video content to Dealpified, whether directly uploaded or embedded from third-party services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not submit or publish video content on Dealpified.
Purpose and Scope
Dealpified is a digital platform dedicated to entertaining, relaxing, educating, and inspiring viewers through short-form video content. To protect our audience, creators, platform performance, and legal compliance, we enforce strict technical, editorial, attribution, and intellectual property standards. These Terms exist to ensure fairness, transparency, quality, and compliance with applicable laws, including copyright regulations, DMCA requirements, and content guidelines aligned with Google and YouTube best practices.
Eligibility to Upload Content
To submit or upload any video content to Dealpified, you must first register for an official user account on the Dealpified website. Video uploads are strictly restricted to registered users only. Visitors who have not completed the registration process are not permitted to upload, submit, or publish video content under any circumstances.
To begin, you must visit the Dealpified main website at https://dealpified.com and complete the user registration process by providing accurate and truthful information. By registering an account, you agree to comply with all applicable platform policies, including these Video Upload Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Terms of Service, and all related guidelines.
After successful registration and account verification, you may log in to your Dealpified account and access your personal account dashboard. Within your account page, you will find an Upload Video button located on the left-hand side navigation menu. Clicking this button will initiate the official video upload process.
All video submissions must be completed through this designated upload system. Attempts to bypass the registration process, submit content through unauthorized methods, or upload videos without a valid account may result in immediate rejection, content removal, or permanent suspension of upload privileges.
By proceeding with video uploads, you confirm that all information provided during registration and submission is accurate and that you are authorized to publish the content.
Video File Size and Technical Specifications
All video files uploaded directly to Dealpified must not exceed a maximum file size of two hundred megabytes (200 MB). This limitation ensures website stability, optimized loading speed, and a consistent viewing experience across devices, including mobile, tablet, and desktop environments. Videos exceeding this limit may be rejected automatically or removed without prior notice.
Creators are solely responsible for compressing, encoding, and optimizing their video files prior to submission. Recommended formats include MP4 containers using H.264 or H.265 codecs, with balanced resolution and bitrate settings to maintain quality without excessive file size.
Approved Video Upload Methods
Dealpified permits two methods of publishing video content. The first is direct file upload, subject to the maximum file size limitation. The second is embedding videos using official embed codes from legally authorized third-party platforms, such as YouTube or other permitted hosting services.
When using embed codes, the embedded video must remain publicly accessible and compliant with the hosting platform’s terms of service. Private, restricted, deleted, region-blocked, or copyright-flagged videos are not permitted. Dealpified reserves the right to remove any embedded content that becomes unavailable or violates platform standards.
Video Duration Requirements
All videos published on Dealpified must have a duration exceeding one (1) minute and must not exceed six (6) minutes in total length. Videos outside this duration range are not permitted under any circumstances.
This requirement is designed to ensure viewer engagement, platform consistency, and alignment with short-form content consumption patterns commonly recognized by Google and YouTube algorithms.
Mandatory Video Metadata Requirements
Each video submission must include a clearly written and accurate video title, a descriptive sub-title, and a written content description of no fewer than one thousand (1,000) words. This written content must be original, relevant, informative, and aligned with the video’s subject matter.
The description should explain the video’s context, purpose, background, key talking points, educational or entertainment value, and expected viewer takeaways. Misleading titles, clickbait descriptions, keyword stuffing, duplicated text, or irrelevant content are strictly prohibited.
Content Originality and Attribution Requirements
All submitted videos must be original or legally authorized for reuse. If your video contains reused, remixed, referenced, or sourced material from third parties, you are required to provide clear and accurate attribution.
Required Attribution Elements
Attribution must include the original source name with a valid URL, as well as a “Via” source name with a valid URL, where applicable. Attribution must be placed clearly within the written description.

Failure to provide proper attribution may result in immediate content removal, DMCA action, or permanent upload restrictions.
Featured Image Requirements
Each video must include a featured image with a maximum file size of two hundred kilobytes (200 KB) or less. Featured images must be provided in AVIF or WEBP format, as these formats offer superior compression, faster page load speeds, and improved SEO performance.
Featured images must accurately represent the video content, avoid misleading visuals, and comply with copyright laws. Stock images must be properly licensed.
Video Preview Requirements
A three-second (3-second) video preview is strongly recommended for all submissions. The preview must be provided in WEBP format and optimized for rapid loading.
The preview may be used for hover effects, featured sections, thumbnails, or promotional placements across the Dealpified website.
Categories, Primary Categories, and Tags
Each video submission must include one primary category, at least one additional category if applicable, and relevant video tags. Categories and tags are essential for content discovery, SEO indexing, and user navigation.

The following content is strictly prohibited: illegal activity, hate speech, harassment, discrimination, violent content, sexually explicit material, misleading or false information, impersonation, spam, malware, copyright infringement, or content that violates applicable laws or platform standards.
Moderation, Review, and Removal Rights
All video submissions are subject to review and moderation. Dealpified reserves the sole and absolute right to approve, reject, edit, unpublish, restrict, or permanently remove any content at any time without prior notice.
Moderation decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
Intellectual Property and License Grant
By submitting video content to Dealpified, you retain ownership of your content while granting Dealpified a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to host, display, distribute, promote, modify for formatting purposes, and publicly perform the content in connection with the platform.
You represent that your submission does not infringe any third-party rights.
DMCA Compliance
Dealpified complies fully with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Copyright owners may submit takedown requests in accordance with our DMCA Notice. Repeat infringers may be permanently banned.
Alignment with Google and YouTube Best Practices
All content submitted must comply with Google Search Essentials, YouTube Community Guidelines, and advertiser-friendly standards. This includes originality, transparency, accurate metadata, lawful usage, and respect for intellectual property rights.

Dealpified is not responsible for content submitted by creators. Creators bear full responsibility for legal compliance, accuracy, and rights ownership.

These Video Upload Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of Dealpified constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
